How can we help?
where2eat.food is built for fast group decisions: choose a short list of restaurants, share one poll link, and let everyone vote before results are shown.
Using a poll
A creator starts a poll by choosing at least two restaurants and sharing the generated link. Participants can vote from any browser without creating an account. If the creator allows it, each participant may also suggest one additional restaurant before voting.
Results are intentionally hidden until a participant submits their own vote. After voting, participants can view the live ranking and share the same poll link with the group.
Troubleshooting
- Refresh the page if restaurant search, voting, or results do not update immediately.
- Confirm that the shared URL is complete and was copied from the poll creator's share screen.
- Allow browser location access for better nearby restaurant suggestions, or continue with keyword search if you prefer not to share location.
- Poll voting closes after roughly seven days. If a poll has expired, create a new one and share the new link.
When contacting support
Include the poll link, what you expected to happen, what actually happened, and the browser or device you were using. Do not send payment information, passwords, or other sensitive personal information.
